A contract is established that is designed to meet your needs and protect everyone involved.

Our team of builders and carefully chosen sub-contractors will get underway. From siteworks through to landscaping, every decision and finer detail will be discussed with you. All work is overseen by a site foreman and project managed by Nick Smith.

At the conclusion of the build we will apply for Code of Compliance and ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new home or renovation. For peace of mind, our projects are covered under NZCB’s Halo 10 Year Residential Guarantee Insurance.
